Great Kegel Set
The set comes with six progressively weighted balls that can be used alone or in pairs. This is great for a personalized routine that suits my needs. The silicone balls are smooth and easy to clean. I’ve been using these for a while now and I’ve noticed a significant change in the strength of my pelvic floor muscles. It’s so versatile that I can use it as an arousal tool during foreplay. The How-To Guide included is informative and easy to follow. I love the fact that this set does not contain any fragrances, phthalates, paraffins or latex.
