Processing Time

Provided the item you purchased is in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Due to our unique product selection, your order may ship in more than one package. You will be notified of multiple shipments via an email shipping confirmation and all available tracking numbers will be provided to you.

If you change your mind, you have 30 minutes from the time your order is placed to cancel. After that time, your order may not be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please use this form.

You must be at least 18 years of age to order from We will never knowingly ship an order to any persons under 18. By use of this site you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.

Physical Inventory

So that we may provide our customers with a unique selection of products, there are certain items which are not stocked in the SheVibe warehouse. There may be times when the item you ordered is not available. We will notify you of any stock issues as quickly as possible. You will have the opportunity to select another item or that part of your order will be canceled and refunded.

You are more than welcome to contact us prior to placing your order to determine if the item you are interested in is available.


Because of their larger size, most Liberator items ship via UPS and a physical address is needed to fill these orders. Liberator items are often made to order and may take additional processing time. Liberator shapes and throws ship within the contiguous US only. We are unable to ship Liberator shapes and throws via expedited methods.

High Value Orders Requiring A Signature

Due to updates to payment processing guidelines, U.S. orders of $500 or more will automatically ship Signature Required. If you have already paid for signature required at checkout, let us know and we will refund the fee. If you have a UPS My Choice account, you may be able to manage the delivery of your package.

  • Transit times are estimates. Some packages may take longer to arrive.

  • The warehouse is closed on weekends and on all major holidays.

Free Shipping: Applies to qualifying U.S. orders of $68 or more (after discounts, before taxes).

Standard Shipping: $7.50, available on all orders.

  • May ship via an economy method. The shipping department determines the most economical method.
  • Packages may not qualify for re-routing services.
  • Transit Time: 3 to 6 business days. Transit time is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
  • Not recommended for time sensitive packages or temporary ship to addresses.

Enhanced Shipping: $12, available on all orders.

  • Ships via USPS Priority.

  • Transit Time: 2 to 5 business days. Transit time is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Additional Services:

  • Add Insurance: Route 1-Click Protect Insurance can be selected when you checkout and is highly recommended. This fee protects your package from loss, damage or theft. Opting out of Route means your package will not be eligible for replacement should it track as delivered or is stolen. Route is available for U.S. orders only.
  • Add Signature Required: A fee of $4.50 protects your package against loss or theft. Requires a signature at time of delivery.


Expedited Shipping Methods with guaranteed transit times are 3 Day, 2 Day and 1 Day. Carrier will be UPS or FedEx. Expedited orders are in transit for the amount of time promised by the carrier barring any unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or other factors beyond our control.

  • Expedited orders cannot ship to PO Boxes, a physical address is needed.
  • Orders received after 11 am EST will be processed the following business day. Please add an additional business day for delivery.
  • Please add up to 2 additional transit days for nationally observed holidays.

Expedited Transit Times

Shipping Holidays / Offices Closed - There will be no pick up or deliveries on the following dates. This can add up to 2 additional transit days to all expedited packages. Please plan accordingly.

International Orders

At checkout, you will be given the option to pre-pay all duties and taxes for a guaranteed landed cost of your order, right to your doorstep.

Please note that international customers need to enter any discount codes in the View Cart section of the site BEFORE going to checkout.

Please be sure that the items you are ordering are covered by manufacturer warranty outside of the U.S. prior to ordering. Manufacturer warranty links can be found under the More Info tab on the product's page. If you're not sure, please inquire prior to ordering. Your use of the SheVibe site indicates your compliance with our policies and procedures as stated.

  • Customer will be responsible for all taxes, customs or tariffs imposed by the receiving country. You may pre-pay any applicable charges at checkout.
  • Customer will be responsible for abiding by all laws of their receiving country, as they pertain to adult merchandise. We cannot provide refunds for packages or items seized by customs officials.
  • Customs forms will be filled out utilizing the numeric harmonized tariff code for the items within. We will keep everything as non-descript as possible on the shipping label. However, a detailed commercial invoice will be available to customs officials as required by customs regulations. Please note that if customs officials inspect your package, a new label will be applied which may list the contents on the shipping label. Unfortunately this is something completely out of our control.
  • All motorized items will be opened and tested for functionality prior to shipping. Any future defects will be referred to the manufacturer for replacement. Please make sure your item is covered for warranty replacement outside of the U.S. prior to ordering.
  • Once your order ships, please allow 3 – 5 business days for it to arrive. Some packages may take longer to clear customs. Transit times are not guaranteed.
  • If there is any issue with the shipping or arrival of your package, please contact DHL directly via the information provided with your tracking link.
  • If your country does not appear in the drop down, it is not a country that we ship to directly. It may still possible for us to ship your package via a forwarding company. Please email Customer Support for more information.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Route Tracking & Insurance

SheVibe has partnered with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout, your package will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your package does not arrive, or an item is damaged upon arrival (due to package mishandling), you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement package. This service is currently available for domestic packages only.

We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ Package Protection at checkout. File a claim.

  • Claims for packages which track as "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package tracks as "delivered."
  • Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
  • Route is a voluntary service and may be selected once you've reached check out. If you choose not to add Route shipping protection, SheVibe will not be liable for packages that track as delivered or are stolen.

Discreet Packaging

We respect your privacy. We always use discreet packaging with no reference to Your package will have no reference to its contents. All of our packages are either plain brown boxes, opaque pad pak or standard issued packaging from the respective carrier. Our return address is also benign.

The return address will appear as the shipping managers name, SV or SV Inc. For example: Shipping Labels

Shipping to APOs and FPOs (Military Bases)

  • For orders to Military bases, please select US from the country list and appropriate option from the state drop down menu (such as AA, AE, AP).
  • Delivery to APO's and FPO's can take up to 14 days. Expedited shipping options are not available to these addresses.
  • All orders to APO's and FPO's are sent via USPS.
