COVID-19 SHIPPING NOTICE: All domestic shippers including UPS, FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service have suspended delivery guarantees as a result of increased shipping volume due to COVID-19. Until further notice, posted delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. While the majority of packages are making it to their destinations on time, there is the chance that your package will be delayed, even if shipped via an expedited method. We are not able to offer refunds for shipping costs if your package does not arrive in the time frame anticipated.

Processing Time - Provided the item you purchased is in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Due to our unique product selection, your order may ship in more than one package. You will be notified of multiple shipments via an email shipping confirmation and all available tracking numbers will be provided to you.

Once an order is processed, the shipping method you chose will determine when you receive your order. Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not from the time you place your order. You must be at least 18 years of age to order from SheVibe.com. We will never knowingly ship an order to any persons under 18. By use of this site you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.

Physical Inventory - So that we may provide our customers with a unique selection of products, there are certain items which are not stocked in the SheVibe warehouse. There may be times when the item you ordered is not available. We will notify you of any stock issues as quickly as possible. You will have the opportunity to select another item or that part of your order will be canceled and refunded.

You are more than welcome to contact us prior to placing your order to determine if the item you are interested in is available.

Liberator - Because of their larger size, most Liberator items ship via UPS and a physical address is needed to fill these orders. Liberator items are often made to order and may take additional processing time. Liberator shapes and throws ship within the contiguous US only. We are unable to ship Liberator shapes and throws via expedited methods.

Shipping Guide - Please note that all shipping times are estimates. The shipping estimate does not include processing time. Shipping estimates are from the time an order ships, not from when the order is placed. Most orders are processed within 48 hours of the order being placed. The warehouse is closed on the weekend. Orders placed after hours on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing the next business day.

SheVibe Flat Rate & Free Shipping: If you choose flat rate or qualify for free shipping, your order will ship in the manner deemed most economical by our warehouse. Not all orders will qualify for all shipping options. If you would like to pay for expedited shipping, or prefer a specific shipping method, please choose the desired method at checkout.

Free Shipping Promotions - The Free Shipping Offer ships via a non-expedited service for orders totaling $68 or more after discounts and before taxes are factored in. This offer is good for U.S. orders only. SheVibe reserves the right to select the shipping method for items qualifying for "Free Shipping" Be advised that all or part of your order may ship via an economy method. If you would like to pay for a specific shipping method or expedited shipping, please choose the desired method at checkout.

High Value Orders Requiring A Signature - Due to updates to payment processing guidelines, U.S. orders of $750 or more will automatically ship Signature Required. US Orders of $250 or more will ship via UPS unless a different shipping method is chosen at checkout.

If you decline or ignore the High Value email regarding the signature service offer you have opted to take full responsibility for the delivery of your package. If your package is not delivered, you will need to address the issue directly with the carrier. These packages are not covered by our complimentary replacement policy.

Standard Shipping Method transit times are calculated from the time the order is shipped, not from when the order is placed. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing.

The warehouse is closed on weekends and on all major holidays.

Orders received after 11 AM Eastern Time will begin processing the following business day.

Address changes and package intercepts are not available with these standard shipping options.

Transit time is not guaranteed with standard shipping options, please select an expedited shipping method for time sensitive packages.

  • Free Shipping: Applies to qualifying U.S. orders of $68 or more (after discounts, before taxes). Transit Time: 4 to 9 business days
  • Standard Shipping: $7.50 available on all orders. Transit Time: 4 to 9 business days
  • Enhanced Shipping: $12 available on all orders. Transit Time: 2 to 5 business days
  • Add Insurance: A fee of $2.00 protects your package against carrier loss or damage.
  • Add Signature Required: A fee of $4.50 protects your package against loss or theft. Requires a signature at time of delivery.


Expedited Shipping Methods with guaranteed transit times are 3 Day, 2 Day and 1 Day. Expedited orders are in transit for the amount of time promised by the carrier barring any unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or other factors beyond our control.

  • Expedited orders cannot ship to PO Boxes, a physical address is needed.
  • Orders received after 11 am EST will be processed the following business day. Please add an additional business day for delivery.
  • Please add up to 2 additional transit days for nationally observed holidays.
  • Please call our toll free number if you have any questions about the transit time of your package: (888) 743-8423, Monday through Thursday, 10 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday, 10 AM to 1 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Expedited Transit Times

Order Verification - As a fraud prevention measure, some orders may require additional authorization. If verification is necessary, a member of the SheVibe team will call the number provided to request additional information. Please provide a valid phone number and email address so that your order is not unnecessarily delayed. Please know that we will be discreet and will make no direct reference to the contents of your order. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping Holidays / Offices Closed - There will be no pick up or deliveries on the following dates. This can add up to 2 additional transit days to all expedited packages. Please plan accordingly.

All defective items are referred to the manufacturer for replacement. Please be sure that the items you are ordering are covered by manufacturer warranty outside of the U.S. prior to ordering. Your use of the SheVibe site indicates your compliance with our policies and procedures as stated.

  • Customer will be responsible for all taxes, customs or tariffs imposed by the receiving country. You may pre-pay any applicable charges at checkout.
  • Customer will be responsible for abiding by all laws of their receiving country, as they pertain to adult merchandise.
  • If you refuse your package you will be charged applicable return shipping fees. The original shipping fees will not be refundable.
  • Customs forms will be filled out utilizing the numeric harmonized tariff code for the items within. We will keep everything as non-descript as possible on the shipping label. However, a detailed Commercial Invoice will be available to Customs officials as required by customs regulations. We cannot provide refunds for packages or items seized by customs officials.
  • All motorized items will be opened and tested for functionality prior to shipping. Any future defects will be referred to the manufacturer for replacement. Please make sure your item is covered for warranty replacement outside of the U.S. prior to ordering.
  • All packages will ship via a traceable method and the transaction will be considered complete upon delivery confirmation.
  • Once your order ships, please allow 3 – 5 business days for it to arrive. Some packages may take longer to clear customs. Transit times are not guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages - You will have the opportunity to purchase package insurance or require a delivery signature at the time of checkout. Purchasing insurance allows you to re-coup the cost of a lost package or an item damaged in transit. If you have any issues receiving packages at your location, you should request a signature required service at checkout. International shipments are considered complete once tracking shows as delivered.

If your package's tracking number is showing as delivered but you have not actually received the package, please choose the Missing Package Inquiry from the dropdown menu at the bottom of the page here. Please note that to best assist you, a missing package needs to be reported within 72 hours of confirmed (as per the tracking number) delivery has taken place. After 72 hours, retrieval may not be possible. It is assumed that the customer has provided a secure location for packages to be left. If security is an issue at your shipping address, please request the signature required service or provide a secure location for delivery.

Discreet Packaging We respect your privacy. We always use discreet packaging with no reference to SheVibe.com. Your package will have no reference to its contents. All of our packages are either plain brown boxes, opaque pad pak or standard issued packaging from the respective carrier. Our return address is also benign.

The return address will appear as the shipping managers name, SV or SV Inc. For example: Shipping Labels

Shipping to APOs and FPOs (Military Bases)

  • For orders to Military bases, please select US from the country list and appropriate option from the state drop down menu (such as AA, AE, AP).
  • Delivery to APO's and FPO's can take up to 14 days. Expedited shipping options are not available to these addresses.
  • All orders to APO's and FPO's are sent via USPS.
