Privacy & Processing Time - We respect your privacy. We always use discreet packaging with no reference to SheVibe.com. Your credit card statement will read SV COM 8887438423 or SV INC. 888-743-8423.

A note about PayPal accounts: PayPal accounts are not designed for multiple users of a single account. As part of PayPal security protocol, your purchases will be itemized in your personal account. If you are concerned with the privacy of your purchases, you should not share your account password with anyone else.

Provided the item you purchased is in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 48 hours. Large orders may take slightly more time to process. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. Due to our unique product selection, your order may ship in more than one package. You will be notified of multiple shipments via an email shipment confirmation and all available tracking numbers will be provided to you.

Once the order is processed, the shipping method you chose will determine when you receive your order. Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not from the time you place your order. You must be at least 18 years of age to order from SheVibe.com. We will never knowingly ship an order to any persons under 18. By use of this site you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.


Physical Inventory - So that we may provide our customers with a unique selection of products, there are certain items which are not stocked in the SheVibe warehouse. Since we do not have a physical inventory of these items, there may be times when the item you ordered is not available. We will notify you of any stock issues as quickly as possible. You will have the opportunity to select another item or that part of your order will be canceled and refunded.

You are more than welcome to contact us prior to placing your order to determine if the item you are interested in is available. Please note that all Liberator items ship from their warehouse in GA via UPS only and a physical address is needed to fill these orders.


Liberator - Because of their larger size, Liberator items ship via UPS only and a physical address is needed to fill these orders. Liberator items are often made to order and may take additional processing time.

Additional shipping fees will apply to all Liberator orders going to Alaska, Hawaii or to International shipping destinations. In these cases, a shipping quote will be provided shortly after we receive your order. We will notify you via email with a shipping quote if extra funds are required.

These orders will not ship until the additional cost has been approved by the customer and collected by SheVibe.

Shipping Guide - Please note that all shipping times are estimates. The shipping estimate does not include processing time. Shipping estimates are from the time an order ships, not from when the order is placed. Most orders are processed within 48 hours of the order being placed. The warehouse is closed on the weekend. Orders placed after hours on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing the next business day.

SheVibe Flat Rate & Free Shipping: If you choose flat rate or qualify for free shipping, your order will ship in the manner deemed most economical by our warehouse. Not all orders will qualify for all shipping options. Your order may arrive in more than one shipment. If you would like to pay for expedited shipping, or prefer a specific shipping method, please choose the desired option at checkout.


Free Shipping Promotions - The free shipping offer is via ground service for orders totaling $75 or more. This offer is good for U.S. orders only. If you choose free shipping, your order will ship in the manner deemed most economical by our warehouse. If you return part of your order, you may no longer qualify for the free shipping offer associated with your purchase. In these cases we will recommend a Merchandise Credit. If a refund is preferred, the original shipping fees plus any applicable re-stock fees will be deducted.

Expedited Shipping Schedule

Expedited Shipping Methods with guaranteed transit times are UPS 3 Day, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Saver. Expedited orders are in transit for the amount of time promised by the carrier barring any unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or other factors beyond our control.

  • Orders received after 11 am will be processed the following business day. Please add an additional business day for delivery.
  • Please add one additional transit day for nationally observed holidays.

Expedited Transit Times


Expedited Orders - Different Billing & Shipping Addresses - As a fraud prevention measure, expedited orders which request shipping to any address other than the credit card billing address will require additional authorization. A member of the SheVibe team will call the number provided to verify the order information and request further information if necessary. Please provide a valid phone number and email address so that your order is not unnecessarily delayed. Please know that we will be discreet and will make no direct reference to the contents of your order. There will be no exceptions to this security measure. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping Holidays / Offices Closed - There will be no pick up or deliveries on the following dates. Please plan accordingly.


Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom - Orders will be shipped via USPS Mail. Please select your items carefully as our international return policy is quite strict.


International Shipping Schedule



Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages - You will have the opportunity to purchase package insurance or require a delivery signature at the time of checkout. Purchasing insurance allows you to re-coup the cost of a lost package or a package damaged in transit. A lost package is one that does not show confirmed delivery via the tracking number. If your tracking number shows the package as delivered, insurance will not cover the loss. If you have any issues receiving packages at your location, you should request a signature required service at checkout. Regrettably the signature service is not available for international packages at this time.

If your package's tracking number is showing as delivered but you have not actually received the package, please choose the Missing UPS or Missing USPS Package Inquiry (depending on which service your package shipped with) from the dropdown menu at the bottom of the page here. Follow the instructions within the form and once completed, fill out the form itself. Please note that to best assist you, a missing package needs to be reported within 72 hours of confirmed (as per the tracking number) delivery has taken place.


Discreet Packaging Your package will have no reference to its contents. All of our packages are either plain brown boxes or standard issued packaging from UPS or USPS. Occasionally we use opaque padded envelopes, but never for anything breakable or discernable. Our return address is also benign.

Shipping to APOs and FPOs (Military Bases)

  • For orders to Military bases, please select US from the country list and appropriate option from the state drop down menu (such as AA, AE, AP).
  • Delivery to APO's and FPO's can take up to ten days.
  • All orders to APO's and FPO's are sent via USPS.
