How will the billing or charge information appear on my bank or credit card statement?

Why do you need my e-mail and phone number?

It is very important for you to provide the correct information for a couple of reasons. First and foremost let us reassure you that we do not share this information with anyone unless it directly relates to your order. A correct e-mail address is necessary for you to receive any updates and/or tracking information regarding your order. A correct phone number is necessary when information regarding your order needs to be clarified, most often the shipping address. Also, occasionally, we receive an order which requires additional information to be confirmed by the purchaser in order for it to ship. We generally choose to e-mail our customers realizing that you may not want to discuss your order over the phone, however, if we do need to call you it is only out of necessity. Rest assured that the conversation will be as discreet as possible with no direct reference made to the items in your order.

Will the packaging be discreet?

We always use discreet packaging with no reference to SheVibe.com. Your package will have no reference to its contents. All of our packages are either plain brown boxes or standard issued packaging from UPS or the United States Post Office. Occasionally we use opaque padded envelopes, but never for anything breakable or discernable. Our return address is also benign. See a sample of our return address here.

What shipping methods do you use?

Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. You will receive all tracking information pertaining to your order. A physical address (rather than a PO Box) will be needed for certain specialty items such as Liberator. All international orders are shipped via DHL WorldWide Express or the U.S. Postal Service.

If my item is out of stock will it be backordered?

While we do our best to fill your order as expediently as possible there are occasions when an item may not be available. We will notify you immediately and cancel and refund that part of your order or give you the opportunity to select an alternate item. If you would like to be notified once the item becomes available again, go to the product page and enter your email address. You will be notified via email as soon as the item is back in stock.

Can I cancel an order that shows as "In Progress"?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at 888-743-8423 as soon as possible during normal business hours. We cannot accept emailed requests for cancellations. We can't guarantee we will be able to cancel the order as there are many moving parts to our ordering & shipping systems and it's not always possible to interrupt the flow once it starts. We will try our best to accommodate you but once you click on "submit order" during checkout, our processing and shipping protocols begin.

International customers are fully responsible for any taxes or duties that may be levied and for complying with all of their country's import laws. Customs forms will be filled out utilizing the numeric harmonized tariff code for the items within. We will keep everything as non-descript as possible on the shipping label. However, a detailed Commercial Invoice will be available to Customs Agents in a sealed pouch on the outside of your package as required by customs regulations. Your use of the SheVibe site indicates your understanding of the policies as stated.

SheVibe will not falsify the contents of the package or designate the contents as a gift.

All motor and battery operated items are opened tested for function prior to leaving our warehouse - these items are not eligible for return. Please contact the manufacturer directly if warranty replacement is necessary.

Please note: As a matter of fraud prevention, SheVibe does not ship to forwarding or courier companies within the United States. If you would like to place an order that is shipping to a forwarding or courier company, you will need to utilize a PayPal account and make sure the shipping address is confirmed through PayPal. You may also use Google Pay or Amazon Pay.

Do you offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee"?

The short answer is no. Sex toys are not a "one size fits all" item. What knocks the socks off of one person, may just be "meh" for another. But that's part of the fun - finding out what makes your toes curl and exploring the mysteries of your body. If you are really uncertain about what to purchase, do some research. There's quite a bit of information on the internet pertaining to specific products and sexual wellbeing in general. Additionally, we are happy to answer any questions prior to you placing your order. Are your products warrantied?

Many products are warrantied for an extended period (12 months or more) and will be indicated as such on their respective product page. Other, less expensive items may have limited warranty coverage. Most of these items require registration with the manufacturer to realize coverage. If warranty information is not provided with your toy, contact our Customer Care department and we can provide you any information you might need.


I forgot to register when I checked out; can I still look up my order?

If you'd like to check your order status but didn't register while checking out, you will need to register first. Visit this link, enter the email address used to place the order and click CONTINUE. You'll receive an email with a secure link allowing you to set a password and access your account.

Will I receive any unsolicited emails or catalogs?

Absolutely not. We will only communicate with you regarding the order you have placed and only as necessary. We will not sign you up for our newsletter (although you are welcome to!).
