These do not work for big nipples. I can't get on at all!

my gf does not have small nipples by any means, but these do not work on her. I cannot for the life of me get these on her nips or my (male) nips, without them falling off. the screw mechanism is almost impossible to work once they are pressed against your body. id recommend a clamp style over these. honestly waste of money :(
