Felt great!
This is my first toy ever and I absolutely love it! I wasn't sure how strong it could go but I was pleasantly surprised. I'm pretty desensitized but when I put it on the strongest setting out of curiosity I came pretty much immediately. Feels great to the touch too! I don't think it's too loud, but if your walls are really thin just get a blanket and pillow. It doesn't sound much louder than a phone buzz. Highly recommend!
