sensation is meh and the app games are bad
This device vibrates and has some suction. It feels nothing like a blow job. The suction is simply pressure. The games it can sync to are pretty bad. Many of them are in alpha/beta. For example, the MIrror Life game lets you choose four poses, your character thrusts in and out and the lovense vibrates. That's it. For $120 this is not worth it.
