Can I pre-pay my customs fees?
- Yes! The total amount you pay at checkout includes shipping and all applicable customs, duties & taxes.
Do you ship to my country?
- When you visit our site, the currency will default to the country you are shopping in.
- If you are in one country and want to ship to a different country, enter checkout, click Use A Different Address and select the country you are shipping to from the dropdown. Please note that we currently ship to only Canada and the U.K.
- If we don’t ship to your country directly, it may still be possible for us to ship your package via a forwarding company. Please contact us for more information.
How will the customs form be filled out?
- A detailed commercial invoice is electronically sent to your chosen carrier so that they can begin the customs clearance process of your package.
- The shipping label will not specify the contents of your package.
Can I select my preferred shipping carrier?
- All international packages are shipped via DHL or UPS, you may choose your preferred carrier.
- Your package will begin the customs clearing process as soon as it is picked up. Please be sure to reply to the carrier if they reach out to you regarding your shipment so as not to hold up the process.
Where is my package?
- Allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to process, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
- Packages may require extra time to clear customs.
- Transit times for all international packages are estimates and may arrive sooner or later than the indicated time frames.
- Please contact the carrier directly using the information provided via your shipping confirmation email and your live tracking link.
Shipping:
- Once your package is handed to the carrier, it is in their control. The carrier is best equipped to help you with any shipping or delivery issues.
- Your tracking number should register within 24 to 48 hours.

How long will it take for my order to process?
- Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Some orders may take longer to process.
- Processing time & time spent clearing customs is in addition to transit time.
- Duties & Taxes are included in your total shipping cost.

Why is my payment being declined?
All payments are vetted through our security partner NoFraud. NoFraud may contact you to verify additional information. Please answer their requests in a timely manner to avoid your payment being rejected.
- If you continue to have trouble with a specific payment method:

- Please call your bank to clear up any lingering issues.
- Checking out via PayPal as a guest may be effective.

Product Availability
Certain products may be disallowed from shipping to your country. This can be for a variety of reasons including incompatibility with electrical systems, or stock availability. We are not able to make exceptions to these exclusions.
If you have restricted items in your cart, you will be notified upon entering checkout, and you will be given the opportunity to edit your shopping cart.
Please note that SheVibe will not be held responsible for items purchased that are not permitted in any given country. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the items they have ordered can be safely shipped and are permitted.

What if my item malfunctions after I've used it?
- All motorized items will be opened and tested for functionality prior to shipping.
- If your product fails within the first 30 days of ownership, please fill out a claim form.
- If your item fails after 30+ days of ownership, please contact the manufacturer directly. Please note that the 1 Year Hassle Free Guarantee only applies to U.S. orders currently.
Will my item be covered under warranty?
- Please make sure your item is covered for warranty replacement outside of the U.S. prior to ordering. Our Customer Care Department is happy to assist you prior to your order being placed.
