Sliquid Naturals Sea - Water Based Personal Lubricant 4.2 fl oz
Carrageenan infused water based lubricant.
Sliquid Naturals Sea is a water based and water-soluble personal lubricant, blended with hand selected natural seaweed extracts. Each extract provides an added boost for your health: Carrageenan, while also being one of natures most effective natural lubricants, has also been shown in some studies to reduce the transmission of HPV (Human Pappilomavirus). Wakame is a seaweed that contains B vitamins, and reduces inflammation and improves elasticity in your skin. Nori is an algae that prevents oxidation of the skin and is a very effective natural moisturizer. Together, these natural extracts of the sea blend with our Naturals H2O lubricant, to provide a slippery, sensual lubricant with the natural healing properties of the sea.

I’m a ridiculously sensitive person and this lube is not only really comfortable but it feels actively soothing
I tend to have a reaction to 8 out of 10 products I put on my skin. Even worse if it's on a mucous membrane. I bought this as my first lube, scared that it would burn when applied, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It has almost no scent, just a sort of mild clean smell, and is very slick. It felt soothing on my vulva, and had a very nice glide to it. It seemed to blend really well with my natural lubrication. It's not slimy or gummy, and once it dries on skin you can't really feel it. It is a little runny, so be prepared for a few drips if you aren't careful, but that's not enough of an issue to make me give this anything other than my wholehearted recommendation.
This is my favorite of the Sliquid line that I orders. I ordered the H20, Sassy and Sea. I like the slight soapy/clean smell and I think the seaweed extract adds a nice amount of slip that makes this one last almost as long as the sassy without being as thick. I would definitely order this one again.
Texture and material construction: This is a slippery, clear lube, more gel-like, in my opinion, than watery. There is a slight "sea" smell to it, presumably from the seaweed extracts. It is tasteless. Review Details: I used silicone lube for years, and this is the water-based lube that converted me! Silicone was always too runny, stained my sheets, and felt like it hung around on my skin forever. And I was always wary of using it with my silicone toys! Finally, I found that I had a sensitivity to one of the silicones used in many lubes, and realized I had to switch to something condom-safe and compatible with my body. I bought 3 Sliquid lubes to try out: Sea, Sassy, and Silk. I started out with Sea and actually never got around to trying the other two until I had finished to bottle! This is sooooo much better than the KY and Astroglide garbage I used to get from the drugstore in college. It lasts a long time, it never stings or burns, it washes off easily and doesn't stain, and my sensitive vagina has had no bad reactions whatsoever. I find that it mixes well with my own fluids and I rarely need to apply more or reactivate it during sex. I use it with my partners and my toys and I am a very happy camper :) Now that my bottle is finished and I have moved on to Sliquid Silk, I think I might like that one even a little better...but Sea is still great and I am sure I will buy more!
Texture and material construction: Product comes in a clear plastic bottle. Product is clear, odorless, and has an EXTREMELY mild, soapy taste. Lubricant is gel like and has a slight stickiness to it. Review Details: Sliquid Sea was the second Sliquid product I tried (right after Sliquid H2O) as I heard that its formulation was identical to the awesome Sliquid H2O) and that it contained carrageenan which, according to Sliquid, "is one of nature's most effective natural lubricants, has also been shown to reduce the transmission of HPV (Human Papillomavirus)." | Like all Sliquid products, the packaging and appearance of the product is simple, clean and easy to read. It still has that push tab top and comes in a clear plastic bottle. The product is clear, odorless, and has a very, very, very mild soapy taste ( you can't really tell unless you keep the product on your tongue for a long while and concentrate to find the taste). The consistency of the product is a little thicker and a slight bit stickier than that of the H2O version which would make it even better for anal play. On the down side it doesn't last as long as the H2O version. Granted, it still works just fine so long as you don't mind keeping a spritz bottle nearby to reactivate it. Also for some odd reason when it dries it doesn't dry clear, rather it dries into a white gel. Because of the added inconvenience of reactivating the product I reverted back to using the H2O lube and instead used the Sliquid Sea for everyday vaginal lubrication when needed. I've also used the product whenever I've experience chaffing or soreness after solo or partner play and I've found that it worked extremely well at minimizing inflammation and irritation which I guess it's supposed to do since it has vitamin B. For this reason I rated it a 4.
