The Je Joue Ami Vaginal Exerciser is the pleasurable way to tone your PC muscle, Ami is Je Joue's progressive, three step "tease as you tone" exercise set. Je Joue has taken cues from the best medical and pleasure products available, to create Ami and allow the user to find their perfect start point and progress their PC strength in a pleasurable way.

Ami 1 - A large, soft and lightweight single ball. If you're new to Kegel exercise products or you're out of practice, we recommend starting here.

Ami 2 - A medium-sized double ball that's still soft yet slightly heavier. Try Ami 2 if exercising with Ami 1 doesn't challenge you enough.

Ami 3 - A small, hard and heavy double ball. This is the most advanced Ami for experienced users.

Safe - Covered in smooth soft 100% body safe silicone and ABS plastic. You wont find phthalates in any Je Joue products.

Lubrication - We recommend using only water-based lubricants with Ami.

For cleaning - We recommend washing Ami in warm water and soap. However if you would like to boil Ami, we recommend that you do so only for 1 minute maximum.
