OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. This item comes with a travel lock feature. Press and hold the button on the Kegel exerciser for 3 seconds to activate; a glowing LED light will indicate the Kegel exerciser is activated.
2. To activate e-stimulation, press and hold the top button on the remote for 3 seconds. Continue to press the button until the desired e-stimulation level is reached.
