What's the difference?

Clearance:

  • Characterized by a discount percentage that is applied at checkout.
  • Will be marked as CLEARANCE on your packing slip.
  • Discounts may not be stacked, however, if you have a coupon code for a higher percentage, these items are eligible for the higher discount.

Rock Bottom Bargains:

  • Characterized by a strike through the original price, followed by the discounted price.
  • Additional discounts and coupon codes will not apply.
  • "Rock Bottom" will be noted on each product's page.
  • Will be marked as ROCK BOTTOM on your packing slip.
  • Rock Bottom Bargains are DEEPLY discounted. The product itself is brand new however, please bear in mind;
    • The item's packaging may be damaged or outdated.
    • The item may have been re-packaged by our warehouse.
    • The item may have slight imperfections but none that would affect its intended use.

How will the billing or charge information appear on my bank or credit card statement?

Regarding Amazon Pay checkout: Due to a technical issue between our ecommerce platform and Amazon Pay, AMZ*SheVibe will display on your credit card statement when checking out utilizing your Amazon account. We are working with Amazon to resolve this issue.

A note about PayPal accounts: PayPal accounts are not designed for multiple users of a single account. As part of PayPal security protocol, your purchases will be itemized in your personal account. If you are concerned with the privacy of your purchases, you should not share your account password with anyone else.


Coupon Codes

How do SheVibe coupon codes work?

One coupon code is allowed per transaction. This includes Power Up Points coupon codes. If multiple codes are being offered at once, you can decide which code best suits your purchasing situation.

Discounts are applied to the subtotal of all qualified products. Taxes and shipping are not included in the discount percentage.

Where do I enter my coupon code?

You can enter your preferred coupon code during Checkout.

Why does my coupon code not work?

Please note that the most reliable coupon codes are generated directly by SheVibe. Codes that you find on coupon sites or other parts of the internet may not sanctioned by us and/or may not be valid or current. To be sure you are receiving valid coupon codes:

Several coupon codes are issued for specific situations and are valid for a one time use. If you have already used a specific code and it was valid for a one time use, you will not be able to use it a second time.


Wishlists

Creating a Wishlist and adding products:

Once you've created a SheVibe account, you're able to create Wishlists.

Login to your SheVibe Account. Click the Help button, then click on Your Wishlist in the drop down.

Click on "New Wishlist" to begin. Enter a name for your list in the "Create A New Wishlist" field. Consider what you'll be using the list for when creating a name. For example, if you're just creating a list of items you may want to eventually purchase, use your name or "My List".

If you  want to share, rename or delete a list, click the ellipsis next to your list's name and select the action.

Once you've created a Wishlist, navigate to any product and click the "Add To Wish List" button. Select the list you'd like to add the product to. You've now added that item to your selected list.

Sharing your Wishlist and having those you share with ship purchases to you:

To share your list, go to the Wishlist page in your account, select the list you'd like to share and then click the "Share" link. Enter the Sender Name and the Recipient's Email and click Send Wishlist.

If you'd like items from your wish list shipped to you, you will have to provide your shipping address to the sender. Some folks find that a P.O. Box, maintained just for this purpose, provides the necessary privacy.

No one will see your wish list unless you share the link with them.

A wish list is simply a list of products that is able to be shared with others by you. Again, you would have to provide any shipping information to the sender if you want items shipped to you.

There are services that allow you to share wish lists anonymously - we recommend that you do your own research to determine the service that works best for your needs.


Why Do You Need My Email And Phone Number?

When you place your order, SheVibe will send you a few emails:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipping and Tracking confirmation
  • Problem with your order (situation specific)

If you did not receive your order emails:

  • Have you checked your spam folder and Gmail promotions tab?
  • Did you check out with an alternate email address?
  • Could you have provided an unmonitored email address (not recommended)?

None of these email communications will subscribe you to our newsletter. The newsletter is 100% voluntary and you control subscribing and unsubscribing. SheVibe will never sign you up for the newsletter without your permission.

A valid phone number is important for: Contacting you regarding an urgent issue with your order.


Will The Packaging Be Discreet?

We always use discreet packaging with no reference to SheVibe.com. Domestic packages will have no reference to their contents. All of our packages are either plain brown boxes or standard, carrier issued packaging. Occasionally we use opaque pad paks. Our return address is also benign. See a sample of our return address.


Shipping Methods

Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order when flat rate shipping is selected. You will receive all tracking information pertaining to your order. A physical address will be needed for certain specialty items such as Liberator and for orders shipping via expedited methods.

If My Item Is Out Of Stock Will It Be Backordered?

While we do our best to fill your order as expediently as possible there are occasions when an item may not be available. We will notify you as soon as possible and cancel and refund that part of your order or give you the opportunity to select an alternate item. If you would like to be notified once the item becomes available again, go to the product page and enter your email address. You will be notified via email as soon as the item is back in stock.


Can I Cancel An Order?

If you change your mind, you have 30 minutes from the time your order is placed to cancel. After that time, your order may not be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please sign into your account and click on the order you wish to cancel.


Do You Offer A "Satisfaction Guarantee"?

The short answer is no. Sex toys are not a "one size fits all" item. What knocks the socks off of one person, may just be "meh" for another. But that's part of the fun - finding out what makes your toes curl and exploring the mysteries of your body. Sex toys can be so versatile; try your toy on multiple body parts, add an attachment, a vibrating ring or a sleeve. Experimentation is key! If you are really uncertain about what to purchase, do some Googling. There's a vast amount of information on the internet pertaining to specific products and sexual well being in general.

Are Your Products Warrantied?

If your mechanical product malfunctions or becomes defective within the first year of ownership, SheVibe will replace it for free! Some restrictions may apply. Depending on our existing agreements, your product's manufacturer may require that you obtain your replacement directly from them. We will refer you to the proper channels when applicable. This offer is for orders that have shipped within the U.S. only.

International Orders: All motorized items will be opened and tested for functionality prior to shipping. Any future defects will be referred to the manufacturer for replacement. Please make sure your item is covered for warranty replacement outside of the U.S. prior to ordering.


I Forgot To Register When I Checked Out; Can I Still Look Up My Order?

If you'd like to check your order status but didn't register while checking out, you will need to register first. Visit this link, enter the email address used to place the order and click CONTINUE. You'll receive an email with a secure link allowing you to set a password and access your account.


I Just Received My New Toy, Now What?

We want you to have fun with your new toy! The better care you take of them, the longer they will last. Get the down low on the best practices to take proper care of your investment.


Will I Receive Any Unsolicited Emails Or Catalogs?

Absolutely not. We will only communicate with you regarding the order you have placed and only as necessary. We will not sign you up for our newsletter, although you are welcome to! We will not send you a paper catalog or mailed solicitations. We will not sell your information to any third party. Period.

SheVibe distinguishes itself from other online retailers of adult products through their original artwork and creative & educational content. We've recently begun experimenting with AI Generated art running Stable Diffusion software locally and training our own models utilizing datasets comprised of more than 21,000 images created by our artists over the past 27 years.
