There are a lot of subjective things when deciding on a machine like this, but here's my experience, as a moderately experienced male using it anally.
The stroke length and speed (both adjustable of course) are plenty, if not more than enough for me. Part of me wanted higher specs on those, but it would require a LOT of practice to find that useful. The specs are on par with the price and plenty for a lot of people. A 6(ish) inch stroke length max might not sound like that much, but keep in mind how much will have to stay inside when it's at the back of the stroke so it doesn't fall out.
As far as power, it stalls a little at the lowest possible speed, but if it's actually moving, I have no problems. If you're using big heavy toys (as in above humanly possible genital sizes), it might stall more, but my toys aren't pushing it that hard. It will slide backwards on carpet unless you put something heavy behind it. There are suction cups to hold it to a hard surface, but I haven't tried them. It makes some noise but actually seemed pretty quiet until you get to full speed, which still isn't that bad. I wouldn't worry about neighbors hearing, but if you have kids in the house, they might.
It sets up and breaks down with no tools, but the knobs are kind of a pain, as you have to turn them many times to loosen them enough to move and lock back down. Of course set up/breakdown and adjustments mid-session are a pain, but you'll get that with any machine, especially in this price range. If you can get your desired position, depth and toy locked in and be happy with that, you'll be just fine. I'm a little more finicky.
The attachments. I don't have Vac-U-Lock toys, but that would be the easiest way to go with this. It comes with one (about 5 inch circumference, 7 inch length, cheap material, feels pretty good though). The "universal" suction cup adapter is pretty bad, but I modified mine with some snap buttons and O-ring so it attaches like a strap-on harness and it works much better now. The shaft rotates when you're screwing in your attachments, so it's tough to firmly attach them unless you use pliers or something to hold it still while screwing it on. It'll stay on anyway, but your toy is likely to rotate around in use if it's not screwed on firmly.
Once you work out the kinks (pun intended) it's a lot of fun. Short of spending at least triple this price, I think this a good quality machine.
