In the unlikely event that any product from Whipsmart fails to work within the 1 year limited warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or materials, we will, at our discretion, replace your product with the same or similar product.
Valid Warranty Claims
Warranty claims must be made within 1 year of the date of original purchase. The product in question must be registered with Whipsmart during this one-year period, and a valid proof of purchase is required.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, personal preferences, damage caused by misuse, loss, abuse or negligent handling. It also does not apply to any unit that has been subject to tampering.
What To Do With The Defective Item
Whipsmart may ask you to return the item to us if deemed necessary by our customer support team. If you do not need to return the item to us, we do ask that you dispose of the item in a responsible manner, and in accordance with your local guidelines. Whipsmart items may contain Lithium-Ion batteries, and can be harmful to the environment if not disposed of properly.
