I'll start by saying it isn't the most ergonomic toy out there, it's a bit hard to turn it down when you're holding it. This is my first toy of this type and wow. I have medical issues that make it hard for me to orgasm and I've never had an issue with this. It takes me longer than some people but it just draws out the sensation more. Men are obsolete, I just need this bad boy. It is worth noting if you're doing it wrong it feels like you're getting flicked in the clit and it doesn't feel good, so there's a learning curve there. But once you get it right it's amazing.
