I honestly bought this mostly for its looks. That said it's still a fairly decent vibrator. I don't usually use it over one of my "main" vibrators, but I use it occasionally when I forget to charge them. The skull has some nice ridges from things like the chin or the teeth that are nice to grind against or add some more pointed pressure. I would recommend a small toothbrush to clean it as there are a lot of little nooks that need scrubbed when you clean it, especially around the eyes and nose. Overall worth it, especially if you're someone like me who is really into novelty or cute toys.
