Texture and material construction: This is a classically shaped vibrator, with a slight curve for g-spot stimulation. It is covered entirely in Lelo's wonderful soft silicone except for a silver-colored band around the handle, there is a tiny gap here but I have never had any problems with gunk collecting there. Charging port is open but Else 2 is fully waterproof. Really nice, usual Lelo high quality construction. This is a rigid plastic vibrator coated in silicone, it has no flex at all. Review Details: There is a lot of hype on the internet about Lelo's Mona 2, and rightly so - it is a great, strong g-spot vibrator. But the Elise 2 is often overlooked in the hype that surrounds its little sister, and I think that's a shame, because the Elise 2 is a fantastic vibrator for power queens with my particular needs. While I enjoy the Mona 2, the Elise 2 is even better for me for several reasons. The Elise 2 is a dual-motor vibrator, so it has even more rumbly power than the famous Mona 2. The motors are located in the tip and at the base of the shaft with the idea that the base motor can stimulate the clitoris while the tip is inside, sort of like a dual stimulator without the rabbit. I have yet to find a rabbit that works for my body so I enjoy the dual motor style for my high power needs. I will say that unless your clitoris is right on the opening of your vagina (which it probably isn't), the base motor will NOT hit your clitoris while inserted. That said, I think that if you need the internal clitoris stimulated as I do, then this gets the job done as not many other vibrators can. It has deep, rumbling vibrations which penetrate deeply and not only rumble against my g-spot but also against the buried, internal parts of the clitoris and urethral sponge area. I don't usually care for patterns because there are too many/too long pauses, but this has a good variety of them to choose from if you enjoy patterns. There is one pattern that it hard to describe - the vibrations sort of wave back and forth between the two motors which feels really unique and absolutely INCREDIBLE. I need a lot of power and have to use strong clitoral vibrators along with insertables to get a climax, and recently I have learned that I need stimulation not just to the g-spot and the external clitoris, but the whole internal area as well in order to climax and ejaculate. It can take me a lot of power and a long time to climax if I am not stimulating this whole internal area, but with the Elise 2 and a clitoral toy like the Eroscillator I can get off in less than 15 minutes! Basically I need to rumble the hell out of the entire internal area along with the feeling of vaginal fullness to get a reliable orgasm in a reasonable time. 15 minutes is fast for me, and the orgasms with Elise 2 are more satisfying than I get with most other toys. I also like the Elise 2 for thrusting, since it is gently tapered along the entire length it is more comfortable to thrust with than the bulbous Mona 2. Please note this is a larger vibrator, not huge but maybe too big for a beginner to insert. Looking at the pictures showing it in a hand will give you a better idea of its size, it's about as thick as the Mona 2's bulb but the thickness extends all the way down the shaft. The rounded point of the tip can be used for more pinpoint external stimulation if the Mona 2 is too broad for you. The dual motors can't be controlled separately but you can select between just one or the other in the pattern settings. And the incremental speed control allows you to adjust the intensity without having only a set number of speeds, this is my favorite thing about Lelo vibrators. I like having both motors on because while the base motor isn't in direct contact with the clitoris, it does add some power and extra rumble to the overall intensity when both are on at once. It transfers some vibration to the hand but not much, and like all Lelos, Elise 2 is pretty quiet even at high speed. I reach for this one time and again for its awesome power, and I have yet to use it at more than about 50% of its full power. If you like the shape of the Lelo Liv 2 (I do) and are ready for something a bit thicker, longer, and (much) stronger, then you might prefer the Elise 2 over the Mona 2. The only things that get me off faster than this thing are corded wands - the Hitachi and PalmPower. This vibe on high feels to me like the Magic Wand on low speed. If you need more power than even the Mona 2 can provide, or can't get off with less than plug-in wand power, you should give the Elise 2 a try. The Elise 2 is Lelo's best-kept secret and I feel deserves more attention for its sheer awesomeness.
