One of the best
Ok so this was the small size extension they have a medium and large. I had to use a little lube to get it on and a little more for my wife but before using it I first went in normal to prime her (LOL) before using the extension once she was warmed up I then applied the extension then proceeded to go for it I had to start slow then once the wife was relaxed then the fun began. My final thought the toy is made with the best silicone on the market the wife really enjoyed this toy we currently own 6 different sleeves and this is the best it's a little girthy but if u go slow you should be good
