Gets the job done
I'm glad these were the first suckers I tried. I really like the screw mechanism. Provided enough stimulation that I started lactating for the first time in my life, which was unexpected. I wish the suction could get stronger, but it's probably for the best since there's no safety release valve. Very easy to clean, so I also like it for clitoral use. I do have trouble keeping it from falling off my clit though, an oval would probably be a better shape for that.

Works Well
Simple and works well. If you have hairy nipples, you'll need to shave for them to work. Using them in places other than your nipples will cause a hickey. It's nice that they're clear so you can see how the nipples stretch. These provide a different sensation than nipple clamps and are not a replacement for them.
